We work with various materials but mainly PLA and PETG, other materials can be sourced for specific projects. The choice depends on the specific requirements of your project. Material selection is crucial, as it affects the item's properties and functionality. We will also do our best to provide the right material in the colour requested however we are sometimes limited to what the material manufacturer has available.

Printing times vary based on complexity and size. Simple items might take a few hours, while intricate designs can take several days. Additionally, shipping times within New Zealand depend on your location. Design time will vary depending on the complexity of the model required.

Shipping costs within New Zealand are determined by the size and weight of the item. As bespoke items vary in dimensions, the shipping cost will be calculated based on these factors. We will choose the best price from the couriers available at the time of order. We currently only ship to NZ addresses.

Unfortunately we do not offer pick-ups for your items. All items will be shipped to you through the best shipping option at the time of purchase.
